Enjoy the privacy of The White Claw when you vacation in this delightful home. High-speed wireless internet is available for streaming TV options at the home for both entertainment or online work/school (cable TV is not available). Also, the new owner had added a Level 2 EV Charger which has a 40Amp J1772 charger to quickly charge your Leaf, Bolt, Taycan, Tesla, or any electric vehicle with J1772 adapter. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed.]

TOP LEVEL:

The Great Room on the top level has comfortable leather sofas in the Living Room with a Roku Smart TV (gas fireplace not for guest use). A well-stocked Kitchen is equipped to prepare family meals and the Dining area (seats 8) with a half bath nearby. A King Master Suite with a Roku Smart TV, deck access and a private bath that has a glass-wall shower and a garden tub.

ENTRY LEVEL:

Queen Master Suite with deck access. Pyramid Bunk Bed and Bunk Bed bedroom shares full hall bath with Queen Bedroom that has deck access to the pool. The bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs.The laundry area is located on this level and the garage. Outdoors, there is a gas grill and soak up the sun poolside at the private pool measures 10' x 29' (open mid-May to mid-Oct.). The new hot tub is located on the pool deck.

EXTRAS:

In season, the Magnolia Bay section has full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones and tennis courts. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various About including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
